Tajik energy holding Barqi Tojik says it hasn’t launched limit on electricity consumption in country

The energy holding of Tajikistan Barqi Tojik denies the rumors about the unofficial introduction of the limit on the electricity consumption, reports the news agency Asia-Plus.

First Deputy Head of the energy holding Makhmadumar Asozoda apologized for the power cuts connected to the heavy snawfall and cold weather in Dushanbe. A high network loading caused some difficulties on the power transmission lines, he explained.

So, a power blackout on November 27 in Sino district of the capital city was connected to the problems in the electricity network, according to him.
