US State Dept OKs Potential $4.9 Billion Sale of Aircraft to S. Korea, Pentagon Says

The U.S. State Department has approved the possible sale of Airborne Early Warning and Control Aircraft to South Korea for an estimated $4.92 billion, the Pentagon said on Monday.

The principal contractor will be Boeing Co, the Pentagon said.
