Uzbekistan plans to build new oil refinery with participation of Turkey

Vice Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Rustam Azimov speaking at the Turkish-Uzbek Business Forum, which was organized by the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), said his country plans to build a new oil refinery and attract the Turkish side, reports Anadolu news agency.

“Tashkent seeks to expand economic cooperation with Ankara,” he noted.

The Vice Prime Minister said his country is ready to open a new page in the trade and economic cooperation of the two countries.

“Uzbekistan is ready to increase investments in the expansion of transport infrastructure,” Azimov concluded.
