Presidents Putin, Rahmon hold talks in Moscow

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon made an official visit to Russia on April 16-17 at Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invitation.
“The talks’ agenda – key bilateral matters and steps to boost mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas of politics, trade, economy and culture,” the Kremlin press service said in the statement.
“The parties also exchanged views on pressing regional issues,” TASS cited the press service as saying.
In addition, the two countries’ presidents signed a number of documents during their Moscow talks.
