Russian hydropower company RusHydro wants to sue Kyrgyzstan to get the money it spent on the project for the construction of Upper Naryn Cascade HPPs that it did not finish. Kyrguz president A.Atambayev unilaterally cancelled agreement. Russia asks for return of funds, that was used to build facilities at the site of HPP.
