Trade turnover between Mongolia and Russia in 2018 grew by 39.8 percent year-on-year, reaching $1.8 billion, the Mongolian Customs General Administration said Tuesday.
The agency said that Mongolia managed to increase the supply of agricultural and mineral products to Russia, which was part of the reason for the increase in bilateral trade, XInhua reported.
Most of Mongolia’s core agricultural exports were meat, cashmere and leather products.
