Rahmon, Erdogan agree to hold 1st Cooperation Council Meeting of Tajikistan and Turkey

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the sidelines of the 13h Economic Cooperation Organization Summit on March 1 met with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, reports the Tajik President’s press service.
They discussed cooperation issues and agreed on holding the first Cooperation Council Meeting, the Days of Cultures and other issues.
The head of state invited the Turkish President to visit Tajikistan.
The President also held talks with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Muhammad Navaz Sharif.
They discussed the Tajik-Pakistani relations, including the CASA 1000 project.
