First Vice Prime Minister visits relatives of boy who lost his entire family in Boeing 747 plane crash
On Feb.20, First Vice Prime Minister Mukhametkalyi Abulgaziyev met with relatives of the boy who lost his parents in the Boeing 747 cargo plane crash on January 16, the press service of the Government reported.
Abulgaziyev visited Jakshylyk Sheraliyev’s grandfather who takes care of the boy now.
“Abulgaziyev pledged full Government support to Jakshylyk. Turkish officials expressed readiness cover education expenses of the two kids who lost both of their parents in crash, Jakshylyk in particular,” the statement said.
Jakshylyk’s grandfather Sheraly Satybaldiyev expressed gratitude to all Kyrgyzstanis and Government for help and support.
Abulgaziyev also visited the other affected by the crash persons.
According to the Government, 12 families affected by the crash were provided with temporary apartments in Bishkek and Chui region.
Boeing 747 crashed into the village Dachi SU located near Manas airport, some 25 km north from Bishkek, on January 16 killing 39. The plane, traveling from Hong Kong to Istanbul, was scheduled for a stopover at the Manas airport.
Jakshylyk Sheraliyev, 7, and Sultan Abakirov, 8, are left without parental care as a result of the crash and are in care of their grandparents now. Situation with Sultan and Jakshylyk was taken under personal control of Vice Prime Minister Cholpon Sultanbekova.
